Senior HR Executive (Payroll) - $4,600 (ID: 655680)

Responsibilities:

• Organize and manage new-hire paperwork and schedules, working with departments for seamless onboarding.
• Handle administrative tasks for onboarding, offboarding, orientations, and exit interviews.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, ensuring compliance with legal and company policies.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies during local audits and statutory reviews.
• Provide support to employees on issues such as absences, health, conduct, grievances, and organizational changes.
• Aid in communicating and interpreting the employee handbook, directory, and organizational chart.
• Keep the employee handbook, directory, and organizational chart current, and help develop and refine HR policies and procedures.
• Facilitate employee training and development programs, and address issues and grievances efficiently.
• Manage internal communications to ensure clear messaging and enhance employee engagement.
• Administer payroll, maintain accurate employee records, and handle payments and benefits in accordance with company policies.

Requirements:

• Diploma holder and above
• 3-4 years of generalist & payroll processing experience
• Experience in manufacturing industry will have added advantageous
• Familiar with Employment Act, local laws and regulations
