HR Executive

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Establish relevant and measurable metrics to assess the efficacy and accomplishments of the team, enabling data-driven improvements and refinements.
  • Setup Processes, Workflows, Coordinate and conduct performance management activities, including goal setting (KPI & KRAs), performance reviews, and career development plans
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees
  • Oversee employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation, including Leave and personal records
  • Provide HR support including Travel Desk and other adhoc matters.

Requirement

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in human resources management.
  • Independent, Resourceful, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Working Days : Five Days per Week
  • Working Location :   Sungei Kadut
