Job Responsibility

• Manage and execute HR tasks including policies, talent acquisition, onboarding/offboarding, compensation, benefits, and development.
• Oversee administrative and operational aspects of the work environment.
• Draft and manage HR documents such as employment contracts and resignation acknowledgements.
• Lead recruitment processes, conduct exit interviews, and manage the exit clearance process.
• Maintain accurate employee databases and handle administrative details concerning work passes, insurance claims, and government-related submissions.
• Process payroll, manage salary benchmarks, employee surveys, and organize training and corporate events.
• Purchase and distribute office supplies and manage office maintenance and housekeeping.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Human Resources Management or related field.
• Minimum of three years' experience in HR.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Unit4 Prosoft HRMS is preferable.
