Work Location: Newton

Contract Period: 6 Months, Starting in May

Salary: up to $3,300 per month

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and support interviews, events, and meetings.
Process HR-related functions e.g. recruitment and postings.
Attend to HR-related queries from internal and external stakeholders.
Review and streamline work processes.
Assist with adhoc projects as and when required.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource or relevant field
Prior work experience in Human Resource in the Public Service would be an advantage.
Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact well with all levels of staff.
Able to work independently and is a good team player with strong drive and dedication.
Meticulous, resourceful, and highly self-motivated.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
