Job Description - Senior HR Manager



We are partnering with our client, a Global Leader in the Luxury Industry, to hire an HR Business Partner to support their Senior Leaders by assessing and anticipating Business HR-related needs.



 



YOUR MISSION







This role delivers both strategic and operational HR advice and support to Senior Leaders by assessing and anticipating Business HR-related needs. The position formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization. The Senior HR Manager is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated brands.



  • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build a new One culture, and increase productivity and retention.

  • Act as a strategic partner, coach, change agent and employee advocate to provide leadership on all Human Resource initiatives to the assigned brands. Through an understanding of the business and engagement with the business leaders, translate the business requirements and challenges into relevant HR actions and initiatives.

  • Coordinate and execute some activities related to People Management (People review, Performance assessment, Employee engagement, etc)

  • Manage and develop one team member (HR Manager)

  • Manage and coordinate the HR teams in the Region (Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand)

  • Equip managers with appropriate tools and knowledge to effectively manage their people in line with their development plans e.g. performance management, career management.

  • Collaborate with COEs to ensure consistent and integrated HR support to the business

  • Support senior leaders in recruitment strategies

  • Review and benchmark the internal and external environment to improve the HR policies and initiatives

  • Identify and drive the communication and sharing of best practices across functions to facilitate continuous improvement

  • Manage specific projects for SEA and Asia



 


Your profile



  • At least 10 years of experience as HRBP in fast paced industry as Retail, FMCG, Hospitality or F&B.

  • Good balance between HRBP and Operations

  • Ability to work in an ambiguous environment

  • Collaborative, energetic and enthusiastic

  • Experience in an MNC / International environment is a must
