Job Description - Senior HR Manager SEA

We are partnering with our client, a global leader in the field of Luxury Goods, to hire a Senior Regional HR Manager (SEA), based in Singapore.

We are looking for a seasoned HR Generalist, with strong business partnering skills and a first managerial experience.

How will you make an impact?

Build on the Company vision for people, leading key HR objectives and guiding their people plan and results in an accelerating, competitive region (SEA)

Partner with business leaders and take the lead on core HR topics e.g., employee relations (ER), talent, rewards, performance, learning, leadership development.

Ensure each of the Company markets, functions, and boutiques is empowered with localized solutions and agile HR advisory, building a culture of care with high touch engagement.

Align with the Group CoEs, business stakeholders and APAC/global HR contacts to ensure excellence in employee experience and a future-ready organization.

Key requirements

You are highly adaptable and open-minded, with 10+ yearsâ experience in managing HR topics, ideally in a fast-paced matrixed environment, able to influence and connect with multiple levels of the organization and staff from boutique to office.

Passionate about people, with a high-level of emotional intelligence, a growth-oriented mindset and a solutions-based approach. You will be an ambassador for the Brand, building relationships and ensuring candidate and employee experience is aligned to the Brand values.

Clear communicator and team player able to navigate a range of cultures and markets.

Fluency in English, Mandarin/Thai/Malay will be a plus.

Very collaborative, independent with a passion for people development and building a culture of care alongside performance.
