8 Months Contract

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced HR Operations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various HR processes, including payroll, onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding. This role requires someone who can identify opportunities for process improvement, ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, and utilize HR data to drive decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of HR operations, including payroll processing, onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Utilize HR data to generate insights, trends, and metrics that inform decision-making.
  • Lead organizational change initiatives within HR operations and provide guidance to employees during transitions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align HR strategies with organizational objectives.
  • Proficiently use HRIS software for data management, reporting, and analysis, ensuring accuracy and integrity.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in HR Management or similar qualification.
  • Proven experience in HR operations, including payroll, onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding.
  • Strong skills in using Workday software
  • Demonstrated ability to identify inefficiencies, streamline processes, and enhance HR workflows.
  • Experience leading HR projects, managing resources, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Proficiency in budget management and resource allocation.
  • Ability to introduce innovative solutions and best practices to improve HR operations.
