Your Next Role

We are looking for a talented Senior HRBP to join our People team and report directly to the Head of People. As an essential member of the People function, you will play a critical role in aligning our human resources with our ambitious growth targets. 

You will help implement strategic HR planning, develop a nurturing company culture, and implement cutting-edge HR technologies. Your expertise will foster an engaging, inclusive, and productive work environment that supports in-office and remote teams.

What You’ll do

Strategic HR Planning

Develop and implement HR strategies that integrate with business objectives, focusing on talent acquisition, leadership development, and workforce planning

Performance Management

Design and oversee performance management systems to ensure alignment with organizational goals and employee development

Cultural Development

Actively enhance and maintain a workplace culture that reflects our core values and mission, with special focus on integrating our remote workforce

Training and Development

Identify skills gaps and design training programs that empower employees to excel in their roles and advance in their careers

Remote Work Infrastructure and Support

Enhance and support remote work capabilities to ensure all team members are equipped for success, regardless of location

Compensation and Benefits

Manage and evolve compensation and benefits packages to attract and retain top talent, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals

Legal Compliance

Ensure all HR practices comply with legal standards and keep the organization updated on relevant changes

Employee Engagement and Retention:

Implement innovative engagement and retention strategies that increase employee satisfaction and reduce turnover

Employee Relations

Develop effective strategies for managing employee relations and maintaining a positive work environment

HR Technology Utilization

Lead the adoption and integration of HR technologies to streamline HR processes and improve organizational efficiency.

How You’ll Succeed

Maneuver is an OKRs, KPIs & data-driven company, we are not Mad Men (Well, not all), but Math Men. As a result, a number of metrics will constitute the basis of your performance and success within this role and the company: 

Culture, Employee Engagement & Satisfaction: eNPS, Turnover, Pulse Study Results 

HR Ops: Onboarding success rate, HCM/HRIS accuracy & P-Files documentation

Perf. Management: Appraisal completion & Bi-Annual Perf. Mngt. efficiency 

L&D: Implementation of 70/20/10 model across all teams 

Org. Design: Workforce Planning accuracy & OKR alignment with functional initiatives 

What You Bring

  • 4-7y exp. in Human Resources management , ideally with a mix of consultancy & in-house background in a start-up and/or fast-paced environment. Expertise within the D2C/Performance Marketing space is advantageous yet not mandatory 

  • Proven experience driving E2E People process across multiple functions, from onboarding, organisational design, performance management, learning & development, C&B, Legal, and company culture to ensure employee engagement 

  • Strong organisational & time management skills to prioritise effectively & streamline processes. Strong knowledge of time management principles (Gantt Charts) & SaaS highly preferred (Asana, Monday, etc…) 

  • Effective and clear written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with internal (e.g. Leaders, Managers & Employees) and external stakeholders. 

  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and other office management tools such as Notion and Slack, enabling you to work seamlessly with digital records, databases, and communication critical to workplace operations

  • Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills, ensuring you can address challenges efficiently, adapt to changes, and make informed decisions with minimal supervision
