Senior Human Resource Executive - Project Management - Get Hired Fast

• Liaise with institutions’ HR representatives to deliver project plans and manage the consolidation and submission of relevant reports;
• Collaborate with institutions to execute cluster pipeline programmes including recruitment/ campus fairs and  initiated recruitment program;
• Partner with Group Communications and Wellness teams to publish social media content online on monthly basis;
• Work with Procurement team to support and administer RFP/RFQ and addendum process for vendor appointment and contract renewal at cluster level;
• Manage recruitment agencies’ proposals evaluation exercise;
• Partner with Applicant Tracking System (ATS) vendor to address and troubleshoot the system process issues raised by institutions.

Requirements

• Degree qualification in Human Resource or Business Management;
• Prior knowledge and experience in HR and recruitment process will be advantageous
