Position: Senior Human Resource Executive (Recruitment)

Salary: $3,800 - $4,400 + Variable Bonus

Location: West

Working Hours / Days: 8.30am - 6.00pm (Mon - Fri)

Responsibilities:

• Serve as first point of contact for the HR enquiries from line managers and to provide accurate and timely infomation and advice
• Responsible for recruitment of supervisory level and above for the group
• Responsible for new hire onboarding process and departing employees offboarding process
• Administer work pass application and renewal for foreign employees
• Manage and coordinate annual and quarterly performance appraisal process
• Create and maintain accurate employee records in HRIS and P-files
• Responsible for statutory surveys submission
• Any other tasks assigned by superior

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of hands on experience, with proficient knowledge on local employment legislation
• Minimum Degree qualification
• Keen to learn and a team player
• Positive and proactive attitude
• Able to work under pressure and willing to multi-task
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
