Senior Human Resources Executive (West/ Up to $5000) - Leading Industry Pay

A well-established company in the retail field is currently seeking a Senior HR Executive to join its team. You will be a key part of helping the organization to handle HR related matters.

Job Responsibilities:

• Create and execute HR plans and actions in line with the broader company objectives
• Lead the full cycle hiring process
• Sustain and enhance workforce effectiveness, engagement, and retention to meet current and future business goals
• Design and supervise HR strategies, methods, and protocols throughout the organization
• Supervise a performance assessment framework that encourages excellence
• Manage employee welfare, compensation and benefits.
• Evaluate training needs and oversee training initiatives

Requirements:

• Degree in human resources, business or relevant field.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in handling full spectrum of HR functions with a focus on strategy planning.
• Knowledge of HR systems and databases
• Strong working knowledge of HR best practices and labour laws
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to manage different level of parties
