Senior Insurance Claims Executive

We are partnering with a leading insurance company in Singapore to recruit a WICA Claims Executive to join its growing Claims team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of WICA (Work Injury Compensation Act) claims from first notification through to final settlement.
• Conduct comprehensive claims assessment, determine liability, review medical reports, accident reports, wage records and supporting documentation.
• Calculate compensation in accordance with WICA legislation while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal claims guidelines.
• Liaise with employers, brokers, claimants, medical practitioners, Third PartyAdministrators (TPAs), loss adjusters, lawyers and service providers to facilitate efficient claims resolution.
• Negotiate and settle claims within delegated authority while maintaining strong customer service standards.
• Monitor claim reserves, identify recovery and subrogation opportunities, and ensureaccurate claims reserving.
• Prepare claims reports, analyse claims trends and contribute towards continuous process improvement.
• Deliverexceptional stakeholder management while meeting turnaround times and service level agreements (SLAs).

We'relooking for candidates who possess:

• Experience in handling WICA / Work Injury Compensation Act claims within an insurance company, insurance broker, TPA or claims environment.
• Possessed insurance certificates – BCP, PGI, CGI
