URBNarc is an award-winning architecture and interior design studio headquartered in Singapore, working on carefully considered hospitality and residential projects globally. The Senior Interior Designer will lead the design and delivery of high-quality interior design projects across hospitality and residential sectors. The role involves responsibility for space planning, interior architecture, construction documentation, and FF&E, while collaborating closely with clients, consultants, and project teams.

The position requires strong design ability, technical expertise, and the capacity to manage projects from concept through completion.

At URBNarc, designers work across the full arc of a project — from early concept and material exploration through site visits and installation — with direct access to the principal and a small, focused team. Our projects span hospitality and residential work across Asia and beyond, offering genuine exposure to international practice. We are a studio where craft, ideas, and relationships with clients and consultants are taken seriously, and where designers are expected to grow.

Key Responsibilities
Design Leadership

• Lead interior design development from concept through completion
• Develop strong design concepts, space planning and material palettes
• Ensure design quality and consistency across all project stages
• Produce and oversee high-quality design presentations and documentation

Project Delivery

• Manage projects through all phases including design, documentation and construction
• Prepare and review construction drawings and interior documentation
• Lead FF&E design, specification and scheduling
• Coordinate with consultants and contractors
• Monitor project timelines and deliverables
• Support site coordination and installation

Client& Team Leadership

• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Present design proposals clearly and confidently
• Lead project meetings and coordination sessions
• Mentor and guide junior designers within the studio

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Interior Design or related field
• 8–10 years of professional experience in high-end residential and/or hospitality projects
• Experience managing projects from concept through completion
• Strong space planning and interior architecture skills
• Proven FF&E design and specification experience
• Strong technical documentation ability
• Experience working on international projects preferred
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp (or Rhino), and Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to lead projects and work collaboratively within a design-focused studio
