Senior Interior Designer

1. Excellent conceptual, creative design skill and trend setting vision

4. Strong conceptual design and design development skills
5. Develop and implement overall design concepts and finish palettes through all phase of design
6. Strong verbal and graphic communication skill; effective client relationship skills and talent for working with diverse team of designers
7. Extensive knowledge of all aspects of interior design including workplace design strategy and best practices, space planning,programming, color and material selection, detailing and FF&E packages
8. Produce CAD and Revit drawings
9. Produce presentation drawings
10. Produce schedules and selections/specifications and experience with furniture selection and specification, detailing and construction documentation
11. Proficiency in Microsoft office, AutoCAD, Revit, Photoshop and Sketch-Up,
12. Expert sketching and rendering skills is advantage

NOTE: Years of experience: 1 - 15 years
