About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Interior Designer based in Singapore to lead design quality and innovation across our high-end residential projects in China. This is a senior strategic role that connects international design standards with on-ground project execution.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design input for key China projects — proposing innovative concepts, spatial strategies and art curation directions from an international perspective
- Review design deliverables at all project stages and provide quality feedback on aesthetics, spatial experience and technical detail
- Conduct periodic on-site design quality inspections at China project sites, focusing on material selection, craftsmanship and soft furnishing execution
- Organise regular design exchanges and study trips between the Singapore and China design teams
- Track global interior design trends (sustainable design, smart home integration, art-driven spaces, new luxury residential concepts) and produce periodic International Design Trend Reports
- Develop and maintain a curated network of international design firms, independent designers, artists and premium suppliers across Singapore and Asia-Pacific

Requirements
- Master's degree in Interior Design, Architecture or related field (overseas degree preferred)
- Minimum 8 years of interior design experience, with at least 3 years in large-scale property development or internationally recognised design firms
- Full project experience in high-end overseas residential developments, from concept to construction delivery
- Singapore or overseas study/work experience strongly preferred
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese (working proficiency required for both)
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max/V-Ray, Adobe Creative Suite
- Singapore PR or Citizen only

主要职责
- 参与国内重点项目设计全流程，基于国际视野提出创新设计概念、空间策略及艺术陈设方向
- 审核各阶段设计成果，从国际化审美、空间体验及细节品质等维度提出优化建议
- 定期赴国内项目现场进行设计品质巡检，把控材料选型、工艺细节与软装陈列还原度
- 组织新加坡与国内设计团队的定期交流与考察，提升团队整体设计能力
- 持续追踪全球室内设计前沿趋势，定期输出《国际设计趋势报告》
- 开发并整合新加坡及亚太区国际设计资源，建立集团专属设计资源库

任职要求
- 硕士及以上学历，室内设计、建筑学或相关专业（持海外学位者优先）
- 8年以上室内设计经验，其中至少3年大型房地产开发企业或国际知名设计事务所工作经历
- 具备海外高端住宅完整项目经验，熟悉从概念到施工落地全过程
- 有新加坡或海外学习/工作背景者优先
- 中英文流利，能作为工作语言与国内外团队高效沟通
- 精通 AutoCAD、SketchUp、3ds Max/V-Ray、Adobe Creative Suite
