JOB SUMMARY:
The Senior Interior Designer leads design development, project coordination and technical resolution across interior design projects. The role oversees concept development, material specification, detailed drawings, client engagements and site execution. The Senior Interior Designer also mentors junior designers and ensures design integrity and project quality from conception to completion.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Lead conceptual and schematic interior design development, delivering strong creative and spatial solutions.
• Oversee preparation of detailed drawings, design documentation and 3D visualisations.
• Develop material specifications, finishes schedules, furniture selections and design narratives.
• Manage client communications, present design proposals and address design feedback.
• Coordinate with consultants and contractors to ensure technical alignment and buildability.
• Review shop drawings, material submissions, prototypes and mock-ups for compliance.
• Conduct site inspections, resolve design issues and ensure workmanship meets quality standards.
• Lead tender documentation and support cost evaluations and clarification processes.
• Guide and mentor junior designers in design development, detailing and documentation.
• Uphold brand and design standards while promoting innovation and design excellence.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture or related discipline.
• 5–8+ years of interior design experience with proven track record in concept and detail design.
• Strong proficiency in design software including AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Enscape and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent design judgment, material knowledge and detailing expertise.
• Strong presentation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in commercial, hospitality, workplace or mixed-use interior projects preferred.
• Ability to lead design tasks independently and manage multiple project demands.
