Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of working experience in interior design, with a proven track record of success in residential projects. He/she must be passionate in advancing interior design, able to think out of the box, innovate and willing to explore.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the design process from concept development to final execution
• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, requirements, and preferences
• Create innovative and functional design solutions that exceed client expectations
• Develop detailed design plans, including layout, color schemes, materials, and finishes
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful completion
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior design team members

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in interior design, with a focus on residential projects
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous design work and creative solutions
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite and Gstar
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
