Responsibilities
• Assist and support in any type of architectural or/and interior project • Develop designs through all stages from feasibility studies to detail design • Provide assistance to prepare presentation boards and assist in project contract administration works • Attend consultant and project meetings • Monitor construction stage with contract administrative in good design sense till completion • Conduct site inspections on matters of design & technical coordination issues • Good knowledge in preparation of authority submission will be considered
Requirements
• Great skills in Interior Design • Has self-discipline and a creative mindset • Keen eye for aesthetics, sensitive in details design • Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently • Passion for design and taking initiative in response to direction • Able to liaise with clients & consultants and handle projects • Competent in CAD, Photoshop, ArchiCAD/Revit, Sketchup, Office • Basic required skill(s): Word, Excel, Powerpoint
