Responsibilities:
· Develop design concept and space planning with detailed work specifications
· Management of projects to target deadlines and budgets
· Conceptualize; execute and implement creative ideas
· Liaise with suppliers / contractors / clients required for all projects
· Involve in site measurement, layout plan & selection of material used
· Evaluate staff competency and recommend training for design staff as necessary
· Reviewing & analysing Company’s key performance indicators and mapping out improvement initiatives/actions for improvement

Requirements:
· Degree or Diploma in Interior Design or equivalent
· Minimum 8 years of experience in commercial interior design
· Creative & innovative with a proven ability to craft strong design concepts & prepare efficient layout solutions
· Proficiency in Autodesk AutoCAD, 3D StudioMax, Photoshop, Sketchup
· Possess excellent design flair with a high standard with an eye for details
· Strong in design concept & detail drawings
· Able to handle projects from design to construction
· Good in perspective drawings & space

Post 2: Senior Interior Designers

Responsibilities:-
• Lead a team with overview and supervision of multiple projects in the team.
• Participate in business development activities.
• Ensure that all works are carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines and regulations where applicable.
• Undertake design projects from concept to completion.
• Take charge of overall project management, planning & control and execution, risk management including project budget evaluation and profitability.
• Lead, supervise, monitor and implement projects to ensure quality of workmanship, timeliness, compliance with technical and safety requirements and adherence to client’s requirements.
• Prepare tender documents, including drafting of contracts, evaluating and providing recommendations for tenders, and awarding of procurement contracts.
• Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
• Make site visits to check on project status and report on project.
• Outline and determine resource requirements of respective projects.
• Continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction.
• Constantly research new and innovative designs, industry trends and best practices.
• Participate in design review presentations to Management to gain approval to proceed with said design.
• Maintain good rapport with suppliers, client consultants and architect contractors.

Requirements:-
• Diploma or Certificate in Interior Design, Architecture, with at least 5 years of relevant working experience.
• Must be able to understand and read design and technical drawings.
• Strong leadership, planning and organization skills.
• Self-motivated and result orientated with good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to read, write and speak Mandarin an advantage due to exposure to China projects.
• Willing to travel
