SENIOR INVESTMENT MANAGER(Single Family Office)

Job Overview

This role is a core substantive investment position of a regulated Singapore Single Family Office, with no administrative, operational or back-office duties. The incumbent shall be fully responsible for the family’s global asset allocation, investment research, portfolio management, project due diligence, investment decision-making and post-investment monitoring.

This role manages proprietary family assets only, no third-party investor funds are raised or managed.

Key Responsibilities

1. Formulate long-term multi-asset investment strategies in accordance with the family’s risk appetite and wealth preservation & appreciation objectives.

2. Independently conduct investment due diligence, valuation analysis and investment execution for public market, private market, alternative assets and industrial projects.

3. Manage daily portfolio positioning, asset rebalancing, liquidity arrangement and risk control, and conduct regular investment performance review.

4. Conduct quantitative financial analysis and qualitative industry evaluation on potential investment opportunities, perform valuation and feasibility assessment, and prepare independent investment proposals and decision reports for internal investment review.

5. Oversee full-cycle post-investment monitoring for all invested assets and projects, continuously track portfolio performance, net asset value fluctuation and project operation status, and conduct regular post-investment evaluation to ensure stable asset growth.

6. Ensure full compliance with MAS regulations, SFA requirements and AML policies; maintain complete investment records and compliance filings to meet family office regulatory obligations.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor degree or above, Finance / Economics major is preferred, no major restriction.

2. Minimum 8 years of full-time professional investment experience in portfolio management, project due diligence and investment decision-making, with both institutional and corporate investment backgrounds.

3. Familiar with global multi-asset investment, risk management and asset allocation; familiar with Singapore family office regulatory compliance framework with strong independent investment research and decision-making capabilities.

4. Fluent in both English and Chinese, capable of drafting investment documents and conducting communications in English independently.

5. No adverse financial records or regulatory penalties, able to work full-time based in Singapore.
