Senior IT Business Partner (Group IT)

We are seeking an experienced IT Business Partner to join tour client's IT team. In this strategic role, you will develop and execute IT strategies that align with the overall business objectives. You will lead and mentor a team of project managers and Technology Business Partners, driving successful project delivery while fostering a collaborative work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Alignment: Develop IT strategies that support the organization's business goals.
• Team Leadership: Mentor project managers and Technology Business Partners, setting clear goals and providing necessary resources.
• Solution Management: Oversee solutions and proposals to enhance Corporate IT services.
• Project Execution: Propose innovative ideas, manage risks, and resolve issues to ensure project success.
• Governance: Maintain project work plans with controls to ensure timely and quality outcomes.
• Customer Relationships: Build and manage customer relationships to achieve mutual goals.
• Vendor Management: Engage and oversee onshore and offshore vendor resources and SLAs.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business or technology-related field (or equivalent).
• At least 15 years of experience in technology project implementation. Relevant experience as IT Business Partner.
• Minimum of 12 years of project management experience, preferably with Microsoft solutions.
• Experience in Corporate Systems and CRM is preferred.
• Strong analytical and logical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication, client interface, and presentation skills.
