Job Description - Senior IT Support Engineer

The Company

Our client is a top‑tier technology company seeking a Senior IT Support Engineer to support complex IT environments across end‑user systems and platforms. This role requires strong hands‑on technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to operate in a fast‑paced, enterprise‑level setup.

The Role

  • Provide advanced IT support across macOS, Windows, and Linux environments
  • Support and maintain complex IT infrastructures in a corporate or enterprise setting
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and system issues across multiple operating systems
  • Act as an escalation point for complex technical issues
  • Support users with a high level of professionalism and clear communication
  • Work with ServiceNow for ticketing, incident, and request management
  • Perform basic network troubleshooting (LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP, VPN concepts)
  • Collaborate with internal IT teams to improve system stability and user experience


Your Profile
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Support within complex IT environments
  • Strong hands on knowledge of: macOS Windows Linux
  • Experience supporting enterprise end user environments
  • Solid communication skills, able to engage with both technical and non-technical users
  • Basic networking knowledge (troubleshooting and diagnostics)
  • Experience working with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools
