Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing and conducting interviews.
- Assist with employee onboarding, orientation and off boarding.
- Handle work passes application / renewal / cancellation.
- Address employees’ inquiries and concerns.
- Administer training and grant initiatives.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance.
- Support performance management processes.
- Assist in renew Medical Benefit insurances.
- Ad-hoc duties as and when required.
Requirements
- Degree / Diploma / Certificate in Human Resource Management with at least 3 years of experience.
- Preferably with experience in the Construction Industry.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Familiar with MOM regulations and HR practices.
- A team player with a strong sense of responsibility & self-motivation.
