Senior Key Account Manager

We are looking for a candidate to be responsible for handling our company's ongoing projects.

You will be working closely with your team members to ensure that all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are on track. Responsibilities include submitting project deliverables, preparing status reports, and establishing effective project communication plans as well as the proper execution of said plans.

Responsibilities:

· Establishing and ensuring the execution of efficient project communication plans.

· Maintaining communication between the cross-disciplinary team members to ensure project requirements, schedules, and deadlines are met

· Identifying, discussing, and resolving project issues with team members.

· Pitching Procure to Pay products including e-invoicing to prospective customers.

· Prior experience in handling large system delivery and implementation projects for enterprise customers required

· Coordinating the development of user manuals, training materials, and other documents as needed to enable successful implementation and turnover of the process or system to the clients.

· Conducting post-project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements.

· Managing customer satisfaction within the project transition period.

· Represent SESAMi at industry events and trade shows

Requirements:

· A bachelor’s degree in a related field.

· Min. 2 years of relevant work experience

· A self-starter, able to work independently whilst contributing to a team environment

· Ability to collect, track, and analyze large amounts of data

· Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills.

· Excellent active listening skills.

· Excellent communication (oral and written), presentation, program management, and organizational skills

· Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally.

· Understanding of consumer behaviors and industry trends.

· Good understanding on eProcurement systems and the Source-to-Pay process will be an added advantage
