Senior Lighting Assistant (Interior/Architectural Design) - Professional Development Opportunities

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to create lighting design solutions for façade, interior, or landscape lighting, as well as related lighting technology applications.
• In-charge of lighting presentation including calculations, sketches, cut sheets, renderings, shop drawings, and technical requirements to illustrate conceptual concepts.
• Sourcing, managing manufacturers and suppliers, and adapting lighting to as-built plans.
• Manage the physical lighting product and evaluate the performance. 
• Create a budget and estimate your electricity consumption.
• Provide design presentations to the clients. 
• Responsible for reviewing lighting goods, fixtures, and circuitry layouts offered by suppliers/contractors.
• Participate in lighting design or other relevant international competitions.
• Takes part with site inspections to ensure quality and coordinate projects with relevant partners.
• Working with Photoshop, Lightroom, Dialux, Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Lighting Design or Architectural or Engineering.
• With 4-7 years of experience in the project management and lighting design. 
• Prior working experience in Sales in the Lighting Industry is an advantage.
