Senior Logistics Officer - Urgent Hiring

Job Info:

• Salary up to $2900 + AWS + VB 
• Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm, Saturday 8.30am to 12.30pm
• Pioneer (Company transport provided)

Job Description:

• Coordinating and resolving shipment issues
• Communicating efficiently with customers, shipping lines, transport teams, trucking partners, and overseas offices to ensure smooth pickup/delivery of shipments
• Ensuring customer requirements are met, customers are updated on their orders, and documentation is accurate and precise
• Ensuring related charges are billed and collected timely from the consignee or its agent
• Handling all transactions accurately, completely, and in a timely manner
• Effectively following up with airlines/overseas offices on any short-landed, damaged, or discrepancy cargo
• Answering customer inquiries and handling customer complaints
• Preparing payment vouchers, verifying vendor costings, closing all shipment files, and filing documents
• Performing any other tasks assigned by the superior

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or higher
• Knowledge in freight forwarding, import & export procedure and permit declaration.
• Experience in Zero-GST Warehouse.
• Have at least 3 years of relevant work experience in a warehouse
