We are seeking a Senior Management Executive to serve as the highest-ranking operational leader of the organisation. This role reports directly to the Board of Directors and carries full strategic, financial, and operational accountability for the entire enterprise.
Key Responsibilities
1.Strategic Leadership & Board Management
-Develop and execute the company's long-term strategy in partnership with the Board of Directors
-Present strategic plans, financial performance, risk assessments, and growth opportunities to the Board
-Lead annual strategic planning, including 3–5 year business roadmaps
-Ensure alignment between shareholder expectations and operational execution
2.Full P&L & Financial Oversight
-Own the company's Profit & Loss statement, including revenue growth, margin management, and cost control
-Lead capital allocation, budgeting, and forecasting processes
-Approve major expenditures, investments, and M&A activity within Board-authorized limits
-Ensure financial health, liquidity, and compliance with all reporting requirements
3.Organizational Leadership & Talent Management
-Lead the executive leadership team (department heads across all functions)
-Set organizational culture, values, and performance standards
-Make final decisions on senior-level hiring, termination, and compensation
-Oversee succession planning and leadership development
4.Operational Excellence
-Drive operational performance across all business units
-Establish KPIs and hold teams accountable for results
-Lead major transformation, turnaround, or scaling initiatives as needed
-Ensure quality, delivery, and customer satisfaction standards are met
5.External Stakeholder Management
-Serve as the primary external representative of the company (clients, partners, investors, regulators)
-Lead fundraising, debt financing, or investor relations efforts
-Negotiate high-stakes partnerships, contracts, or M&A deals
-Manage relationships with legal, audit, and advisory firms
6.Risk & Compliance
-Ensure company-wide compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
-Oversee enterprise risk management, including cybersecurity, legal, and reputational risks
-Maintain appropriate insurance, governance, and internal controls
Experience:
-12+ years of progressive leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a P&L-owning role (e.g., CEO, Managing Director, General Manager, COO, or Division President)
-Experience reporting directly to a Board of Directors or equivalent governing body
-Proven track record of leading a business unit or company (Small to medium-sized Enterprise)
