Senior Manager, Account and Loan Operations (Credit Administration)

Job Purpose

1. Perform credit documentation and administration functions and ensure that credit facilities/monitoring are implemented in accordance to credit approval.
2. Project management for the credit, loans and account operations in systems enhancement for facility and reporting (management & regulatory) projects.

Job Responsibilities

1. Prepare :

a) Facility letters & documentation against approved credit terms and conditions

b) Internal monitoring reports for imposed covenants/conditions, documentation status and overdue credit reviews

c) For credit annual review processing & updates

d) For limit implementation in various systems when all documentation is in order

e) For lodgment & safekeeping of credit and security documentation.

2.Check :

a) Perform checks on executed bank’s standard documentation on credit and security documentation submitted

b) Perform checks on draft syndication documents & CPs confirmation

c) Periodic stock-take of original facility documents in vault

d) Perform checks for update in loan administration, loan agency &/or account operation tasks.

3.Others :

a) Managing the credit, loan and account operations project, with close liaison with staff from both the Branch and Head Office

b) Participate in system UAT, enhancement, implementation &/or DR testing

c) Guide and direct junior staff in aspect of loan administration

d) Act as a back-up to ALO Head, in her absence, in the aspect of loan administration

e) Assist on Loan & Account operations tasks within the team

f) Any other tasks that may be assigned by team lead from time to time.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor Degree, but Minimum “A” levels or diploma holder with direct experience may be considered
2. Minimum 8 years of experience in banking and credit documentation/administration
3. Have knowledge of various corporate banking products and its products features.
4. Familiar with credit, security and ISDA documentation
