The Senior/Manager, Corporate Planning & Transformation supports enterprise-wide transformation, process improvement, and strategic initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness and operational excellence. Working across business and corporate functions, the role drives the implementation of improvement initiatives, strengthens governance and execution discipline, and supports the delivery of key corporate priorities. The role partners with stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities, facilitate cross-functional initiatives, monitor progress, and ensure sustainable implementation of business transformation outcomes.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Drive and support enterprise-wide transformation, process improvement, and strategic initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness and operational excellence.
  • Analyse end-to-end processes, identify inefficiencies, risks, and bottlenecks, and develop practical recommendations to improve effectiveness, governance, and user experience.
  • Facilitate process review workshops and work with stakeholders to develop future-state processes, operating procedures, RACI matrices, and implementation plans.
  • Coordinate cross-functional transformation projects, monitor progress, track actions, risks and dependencies, and drive timely execution of agreed outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain process maps, SOPs, governance documentation, performance metrics, dashboards, and management reports.
  • Collect and analyse operational data to support process redesign, decision-making, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support stakeholder engagement, change adoption, and implementation of new processes, systems, and ways of working.
  • Evaluate and support implementation of workflow, automation, digital, and AI-enabled solutions to improve business performance and scalability.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Degree qualified with 5–10 years of relevant experience in business transformation, process improvement, PMO, consulting, operational excellence, or related disciplines.
  • Demonstrated experience driving cross-functional initiatives, process redesign, and implementation of business improvement programs.
  • Strong analytical, project management, and stakeholder management capabilities, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
  • Experience in process mapping, governance, operational excellence, and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; experience with reporting, process mapping, workflow, or ERP tools is advantageous.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment and managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
