We are seeking a high calibre individual to join the Transformation and Program Management office of the CEO that is responsible for driving org wide cross functional transformation programs across operating model redesign, process optimization, strategic partnership launches and post-merger integration. This role partners closely with senior leadership to translate strategic priorities into executable transformation programs that deliver measurable business impact - improved efficiency, scalability and organisational effectiveness.
In addition, the role will also entail partnering with tech leadership to ideate planning, prioritising and tracking of select product priorities.
Define roadmap, milestones, value targets and success metrics for key, business and tech programs
Define overall project goals and deliverables, outline program roadmap, milestones, value targets and success metrics
Identify and mitigate risks, drive a structured planning and monitoring rhythm, ensuring timely execution of projects
Drive prioritization process across business, product, development and respective functions
Establish governance structure and reporting cadence for executive and board visibility
Drive stakeholder alignment, accountability across business, technology and operations teams and influence cross-functional decisions.
Act as thought partner to senior leadership
The ideal candidate combines structured strategy thinking with hands - on execution capability and thrives in complex, fast moving environment
Bachelor’s / Master’s degree. MBA is preferred
5-8 years + experience (management consulting,deals advisory, in house corporate strategy), 10-12 years of experience, including high-level strategic oversight for Deputy Director role. Experience in fintech, payments is a plus
For Deputy Director role, proven experience managing large cross functional initiatives across Product, Tech, Ops, Finance & Commercial teams will be required
Experience in structured PMO environments with governance, reporting and steering committees
Exposure to transformation, operating model change, post merger integration is a strong advantage
Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
Strong interpersonal communication skills to be able to articulate problems and obtain buy in from stakeholder teams
Comfortable in complex, dynamic environments and capable of independent delivery
