Senior Manager Fund Accounting & Administration

Our client, a well‑established global investment platform, is seeking a Senior Manager – Fund Accounting & Administration to join their Singapore team.

In this leadership role, you will oversee fund accounting, reporting, and administration activities across multiple markets. You will be responsible for ensuring high‑quality financial reporting, managing operational delivery, and driving process improvements for complex investment structures. The role also supports capital activities, client servicing, and new business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual fund reporting
• Prepare investment entity financials, investor reports, and NAV calculations
• Consolidate financial statements and perform GAAP reconciliations
• Monitor fund performance reporting and prepare customized analyses
• Support operational aspects of investment acquisitions and disposals
• Act as a key escalation point for client queries and operational issues
• Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and service providers
• Support new business onboarding, proposals, and pricing discussions
• Oversee operational budgets, billing processes, and project initiatives
• Coordinate audits and drive continuous process improvements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline; professional qualification preferred
• At least 10 years of relevant fund accounting or fund administration experience, with supervisory exposure
• Relevant experience across Real Estate/Private Equity funds
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting frameworks and fund operations
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
• Analytical, detail‑oriented, and solution‑driven mindset.
