Senior Manager - High Net Worth Case Management [Insurance]

Job Summary:

A client-centric role overseeing high-net-worth insurance cases, ensuring accurate case management, regulatory compliance, and seamless collaboration with sales teams.

Responsibilities:

• Manage new business insurance applications in line with high-net-worth underwriting guidelines, internal SOPs, and regulatory standards.
• Prepare, review, and support high-value sales illustrations requested by sales consultants and business partners.
• Collaborate closely with sales consultants to ensure smooth preparation and end-to-end processing of HNW insurance applications.
• Provide timely and accurate updates on application status to internal stakeholders and sales consultants.
• Maintain complete and up-to-date client, meeting, and case records within the CRM system.
• Ensure all new business documentation is accurate and submitted within stipulated timelines.
• Support team members on case management matters, medical requirements, sales presentations, and related documentation.
• Liaise with Finance and New Business teams on paid reports and required financial documentation.
• Ensure strict adherence to internal policies and MAS regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, client servicing, or relationship management, preferably within the insurance or banking industry.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, relationship management, and presentation skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and disciplined, with a strong commitment to service excellence and integrity.
• Proven ability to multitask and perform effectively under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Mandarin language for liaising with Mandarin-speaking clients and business partners.
• Prior experience supporting high-net-worth clients and managing complex insurance cases is an added advantage.
