You will partner closely with Fab Operations, Site Facilities \u0026 Global Facilities, Global Procurement, Central Engineering, Technology Development, and Suppliers. \n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nTIQ Strategy \u0026 Execution\n\n * Define and drive global TIQ engineering strategy, BKMs, and business processes \n\n\n * Lead year on year optimization in TIQ safety, schedule, cost, BKM and quality \n\n\n * Monitor TIQ performance metrics, benchmark fab performance, and enable cross-site learning \n\n\n * Provide tactical TIQ support to ramping and operating fabs \n\n\n\nFront End Materials Cost \u0026 Value Engineering\n\n * Drive Front End Materials Cash Cost VE (value engineering) strategy to achieve front-end manufacturing cost targets \n\n\n * Lead cross-functional programs across Chemicals, Film \u0026 Gas, Photo, CMP materials, Bulk gas and UPW \n\n\n * Partner with Procurement, suppliers and sites to identify, prioritize, and execute cost-reduction opportunities \n\n\n * Ensure alignment of short and long-term materials cost roadmaps with corporate objectives \n\n\n * \n\n\nProgram \u0026 Stakeholder Leadership\n\n * Manage global portfolios of TIQ and cost programs to maximize ROI \n\n\n * Define scope, milestones, resources, and risks; drive issue resolution \n\n\n * Influence global stakeholders to align on strategy, priorities, and execution plans \n\n\n * Provide regular executive updates on progress, risks, and results \n\n\n\nPeople \u0026 Capability Development\n\n * Lead, mentor, and develop global engineering and program teams \n\n\n * Set clear goals, development plans, and performance expectations \n\n\n * Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, continuous improvement, and safety \n\n\n\nCore Competencies\n\n * Strategic leadership with execution focus \n\n\n * Global stakeholder influence \n\n\n * Data-driven problem solving \n\n\n * Strong prioritization and organizational skills \n\n\n\nQualifications\n\n * Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Engineering (Master\u2019s preferred) \n\n\n * Eligibility minimum E5 or M1+\n\n\n * 5+ yrs semiconductor technical leadership or management experience in a 300mm FAB \n\n\n * Strong knowledge of TIQ, front-end manufacturing, and front-end materials cost drivers \n\n\n * Proven experience leading global, cross-functional teams and complex programs \n\n\n * Strong analytical, communication, and fact-based decision-making skills \n\n\n * Program / project management experience strongly preferred \n\n\n * Willingness to travel internationally as required \n\n\n\nJob Profile(s):\n\nFAB Eng Manager 2\n\nRelocation level: (TBD)\n\nBefore Getting Started \nPlease review Micron\u2019s Internal Job Application Policy on your regional PeopleNow Career Opportunities page before searching and applying for jobs.
