Senior Manager, Operations and Tenancy Management, Airside Concessions

The Airside Concessions Operations and Tenancy Management team plays a key role in strengthening the competitiveness and operational performance of Changi Airport’s retail, F&B, and service businesses in the transit areas, contributing to our position as a world-class duty-free shopping and dining destination. 

We are looking for a driven professional to lead a team managing the dining and services tenants in the Changi Airport transit areas. The role covers tenancy and tenant management, operations, project management and performance oversight. You may also be assigned to lead projects such as Assets Enhancement initiatives to improve the airport concessions business.    

Requirements: 

• Good Degree in Business/Retail Management/Estate Management or Mechanical/Electrical Engineering is preferred 


• At least 12 years of experience in related industries such as tenancy management, mall management and project management 


• Good knowledge in M&E and F&B set-up will be an advantage  


• Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach  


• A good team player, results oriented, creative and resourceful with a strong eye for detail 


• Able to work independently and multi-task in a challenging environment, and disciplined and able to work well within timelines and under pressure.  


• Strong stakeholders management, negotiation and communications skills.
