Senior Manager, Risk and Compliance

Lead complex projects and problem resolution efforts related to risk management. Collaborate with teams to identify and analyze risks that may impact operations and assets. Develop and implement strategies for risk mitigation and compliance. Assess current business trends to inform risk management practices and improvements. Drive global process improvements through effective project management and stakeholder engagement. Minimum of 12 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. ### 12+ years in risk, regulatory and AML/CFT compliance, operational risk, or legal ### Proven accountability in managing compliance within business processes ### Deep understanding of cross-border payments infrastructure and landscape, including market/regulatory trends ### Strong grasp of MAS regulations, especially the Payment Services Act, AML, and data privacy ### Experience liaising with regulators and regulated entities ### Skilled in stakeholder management, influence, negotiation, and conflict resolution ### Background in global companies with multi-disciplinary teams ### Ability to thrives in dynamic, high-change settings across the compliance risk program and other stakeholders including advisory, monitoring, reporting, and governance ### Strong analytical, problem-solving, and creative thinking abilities ### Excellent communication and presentation skills with experience presenting to senior leadership ### Willingness to travel (less than10%) may be required ### Relevant Risk & Compliance professional qualifications are a plus Subsidiary:
