We are looking for a Senior Sales Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will lead a multi-layered organization of sales development leaders and representatives responsible for generating new business opportunities and building high-quality pipeline at scale. You will set the strategy and direction for Sales Development in APAC, ensuring alignment to broader GTM priorities and revenue goals.

You will operate as a strategic partner to senior Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Tech leaders—driving alignment across demand generation, pipeline strategy, and conversion. This role requires a balance of strategic leadership and operational rigor, with a focus on building scalable systems, developing leaders, and delivering measurable business impact.

The right candidate brings deep experience in enterprise SaaS sales, a track record of leading leaders, and the ability to translate business priorities into high-performing pipeline generation strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a multi-layered Sales Development organization, including managers and representatives, building a high-performing team and strong leadership bench
• Define and execute the Sales Development strategy for a region or segment, aligning pipeline generation to company growth and revenue goals
• Partner with senior Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Tech leaders to drive alignment on demand generation, pipeline strategy, and key GTM initiatives
• Own pipeline performance, delivering against regional targets while implementing scalable systems, tools, and prospecting methodologies
• Establish operating rhythms, performance metrics, and governance to drive accountability, visibility, and continuous improvement
• Lead talent and organizational development, including programs like Sales Academy, while driving innovation through market insights and best practices

Basic Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Sales, Sales Development, Business Development, or other quota-carrying commercial roles within a Technology or SaaS environment.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience, including experience leading and developing high-performing teams through direct reports.

Preferred Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading a multi-layered sales, sales development, or revenue-generating organization, including managing and developing first-line managers and building a strong leadership bench.
• Proven ability to manage the full commercial funnel, balancing strong top-of-funnel pipeline generation with downstream conversion, bookings, and revenue outcomes.
• Strong strategic and operational judgment, with experience setting direction, identifying the highest-impact priorities, making informed trade-offs.
• Track record of operating effectively through ambiguity and change, bringing clarity to complex situations and translating evolving business priorities into focused plans, clear accountabilities, and measurable outcomes.
• Experience evaluating and evolving organizational structures, team responsibilities, leadership coverage, and operating models to meet changing business and market needs.
• Demonstrated success in developing first-line managers through coaching, performance management, succession planning, and clear expectations, while empowering them to lead their teams with appropriate autonomy and accountability.
• Strong executive presence and experience building trusted relationships with senior Sales leaders and cross-functional partners, using business acumen and data-driven insights to influence decisions, resolve competing priorities, and align stakeholders around shared outcomes.
• Experience leading the development or implementation of sales tools, workflow automation, or technology-enabled process improvements that deliver measurable gains in productivity, pipeline performance, or operational effectiveness.
• Ability to balance reliable execution of core business operations with longer-term transformation, ensuring the organization delivers against current commitments while preparing for future growth.
