Our client is a leading international financial institution. As part of its continued investment in capability development and organisational effectiveness, it is seeking an experienced Talent & Learning professional to lead a team responsible for talent management, succession planning and learning initiatives.
Responsibilities
You will lead a team responsible for delivering talent and learning initiatives that support business objectives and organisational capability. Partnering closely with business leaders and HR stakeholders, you will drive succession planning, talent reviews and leadership development programmes, while strengthening learning frameworks and capability-building initiatives across the organisation.
Requirements
You are degree-qualified with experience across talent, leadership development and L&D. People leadership experience gained within large and complex organisations would be highly advantageous. Commercially minded, highly collaborative, and with strong stakeholder management skills, you are equally comfortable operating strategically while remaining hands-on in execution.
