In this role, you lead new production introductions, resolve manufacturing issues, identifies opportunities for yield & process improvements, drive cost reduction and productivity enhancement projects ensure compliance with safety & quality standards while contributing to a collaborative and innovative manufacturing environment.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Leads and/or participate in process development, optimization, training, qualification, and validation activities for New Product or technology transfers.
Leads in yield improvement, root cause analysis to resolve product manufacturing failures & determine root cause, reduce scrap and improve quality
Improves manufacturing efficiency through workflow, space, equipment layout optimization, cost reduction, process automation and digital transformation
Manages new equipment set-up and equipment improvements
Generate process equipment specifications and ensures all equipment are robustly designed for mass production particularly on safety
Develop, maintain, and update manufacturing procedures and related documentation including Risk Assessments (RA), Lockout/Tagout procedures (LOTO), Safe Work Procedures (SWP), and Equipment Safety Requirements (ESR) for assembly & equipment processes.
Creates and maintains Bill of Material (BOM) structure, product attributes, categories configuration, routing and any engineering related support.

For This Role, You Will Need:

Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen and continuous improvement methodologies
Experience with process optimization, root cause analysis and problem-solving tools (Fishbone Diagram, FMEA, etc)
Trained in Lean techniques, SPC, Six Sigma and Process Improvement tools
Experience with automation, robotics, PLCs, welding or Industry 4.0 technologies is an advantage
Strong understanding of quality management systems and standards
Proficiency in computer skills - Oracle business system and MS Office suite (Excel, Word, Visio and PowerPoint) skills preferred

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

Bachelor's degree in engineering with at least 3 years of experience in manufacturing, process engineering, or production environments
Excellent project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Six Sigma Green Belt or other relevant certifications preferred
