Job Responsibilities:
Strong understanding of company’s direction and propose marketing plans to achieve company’s objectives
Up-to-date with market trends, consumers’ interest areas and competitors tracking
Strategise public relations initiatives to achieve brand exposure and awareness on various platforms
Recommend creative direction, plan for communications and store collaterals display
Strong knowledge of branding guidelines and convey brand positioning through copywriting and brand messages
Build and represent a positive image of the company to external media, suppliers and partners
Ensure marketing plans and campaigns are executed successfully and reaching out to the right audience
Regional experience will be added advantage
Initiative and Responsibility
Possess a strong sense of belonging and loyalty, and thinks / acts in the best interest of the company
Always ready to step up in times of need to lead and motivate
Ready to accept new challenges and job scope
Ability to conduct store audits independently with improvement recommendations
Excellent time-management and prioritization skills with the commitment to complete all tasks allocated on time
Teamwork and Communication
Communicates efficiently and effectively with fellow colleagues, external departments and suppliers
Ability to earn respect from a team of Marcom and Creative personnel
Aims to grow and progress with the company
