Job Description - Senior Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:

Reporting to the General Manager (Food Atrium Division of Singapore), the candidate is pivotal to success of A&P/brand marketing plans, from development to execution of projects and initiatives, and CRM supporting the short and long-term marketing strategy. 

The candidate collaborates with Operations, F&B and Finance teams to ensure that all initiatives support the brand promise.  Additionally, he/she will take a lead in managing internal and external partners and all aspects of their projects. 

  • Overall responsible for Food Atrium Singapore (Food Republic and Food Junction) brand development work includes developing marketing strategies and plans, advertising, promotions, creative projects, media relations, sponsorships and event management. 
  • Oversee the CRM infrastructure and platform to ensure it works seamlessly across the Company and for customers.  Leveraging on this platform, to plan and deliver CRM strategies to encourage customer retention and customer loyalty. 
  • Develop revenue and profit growth strategies for the business and take charge of the tactical execution of the brand’s marketing communication initiatives in support of the business strategy, market goals, and organizational objectives.  He/She will take lead and when needed, coordinates campaigns and communications through all phases of launch and maintenance, including reporting, analysis and optimization.
  • Work closely with Operations team to develop atrium’s brand positioning and marketing plans and develop and deliver presentations pitch to Landlords and key stakeholders during key stakeholders’ meetings. 
  • Leading the branding team to work closely with key stakeholders that include internal and external tenants, Operations and F&B team to develop and execute creatives projects, brand marketing and sponsorships.
  • Work and lead the team to delivering and implementing campaigns and projects. She/he must be proactive, with a strong sense of accountability and a day-to-day focus on results. 
  • This role requires a strategic and analytical approach to monitoring and improving ROI. Responsible, prepare and manage budgets for various marketing and branding initiatives to achieve cost efficiencies. 
  • This is an ideal role for an experienced, organized and detail-oriented marcom professional with a strong background in FMCG/retail environment. 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Degree in Marketing/Mass Communication or related discipline
  • Minimum 7 years’ relevant brand management, marketing and CRM experience, candidate with experience in the F&B/ FMCG industry will be value added
