Senior Marketing Manager - Opportunity to Make a Difference

Millionaireasia is the leading multi-channel platform for access for high-net-worth individuals in Asia. Over the years, we have built an extensive and fast-growing database of 40,000 millionaires, targeting the top 10% of the wealthiest, present in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Hong Kong, China, Japan, India, United Arab Emirates, Monaco and Australia.

The Marketing team at Millionaireasia is responsible for conceptualising and implementing marketing activities to achieve awareness and increase conversion. The team cover areas including Campaigns Management, Social Media Outreach, Partnerships, Offline Marketing and Design.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute Millionarieasia’s (MA) products and services for the High Networth Worth (HNW) individuals and members. The key elements of the products and services are:
  • Create unique experiences through events and lifestyle programs.
  • Develop concepts for the interviews of HNW in our online presence as well as the MA’s magazine
  • Create value-for-money program to attract HNW to participate in the membership program.
  • Keep ahead of industry trends and creates new revolutionary standards in the HNW market as well as the ageing population.
• Develop and execute LHWY International Pte Ltd’s (LHWY) products and services for the individuals and members. The key elements of the products and services are:
  • Promotion of supplements and healthy lifestyle for individuals
  • Create understandings of ageing and dementia, through seminar, conference and events
  • Create value-for-money program which would attract the public to participate in the program.
  • Develop branding and marketing strategies for the promotion of Dementia Awareness, Resilience and Care for the ageing population.
• Support the business development team and relationship managers, in both MA and LHWY, in their sales processes with up to state marketing material.
• Experience in marketing in crucial. Ability to manage events and handle unforeseen circumstances are necessary. Hand-on experience and execution ability are imperative. Postman-style of delegation of job is not suitable for this post.
• MA and LHWY are subsidiaries of PTO Holdings Pte Ltd (PTO). In addition, to support LDSY Pte Ltd (subsidy of PTO) if necessary.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in related fields, or equivalent experience.
• 8-10 years experience in marketing is preferred.
• Strong creative, strategic, analytical, organisational and personal sales skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, fluent in English, proficiency in other Asian languages such as Mandarin, Japanese, Bahasa Indonesia, Vietnamese, Tamil or Hindi, is preferred.
• Comfortable with multitasking in a deadline-driven environment.
• Overtime is expected.
