Senior Mechanical Technician (Pharmaceutical/ Chemical)

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain mechanical equipment while working effectively in a team.
• Perform hands-on pump overhauls, including centrifugal and diaphragm pumps.
• Work in a performance-driven environment, meeting operational metrics and goals.
• Utilize Computer Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and follow cGMP and Right First Time practices.
• Troubleshoot and analyze mechanical equipment issues systematically.
• Prepare and document Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and Risk Assessments (RA) to uphold safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical, chemical, or petrochemical industries; Junior positions: minimum of 2 years.
• Communicate clearly and concisely, both in writing and verbally.
• Must be willing to work 12-hour rotating shifts.
