We are seeking a Senior Network Engineer/Architect with deep expertise across WAN, LAN, WLAN, SD\u2011WAN, Private 5G and Sensors technologies to design, implement, and operate secure, resilient, and scalable enterprise network infrastructure.\n\nThis role is hands-on and highly technical, with responsibility for architecture, engineering, lifecycle management, automation, and operational excellence across campus, data center, manufacturing, R\u0026D, and cloud-connected environments.\n\nThe Senior Network Engineer/Architect partners closely with security, cloud, OT, and application teams to deliver reliable connectivity aligned with business priorities.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n1\\. Network Engineering \u0026 Architecture\n\n * Design, implement, and support enterprise WAN, LAN, WLAN, SD\u2011WAN, firewall, and Private 5G network solutions.\n * Lead detailed network designs for campus, data center, manufacturing, OT, and R\u0026D environments.\n * Develop and maintain high- and low-level design documentation, traffic flows, and implementation guides.\n * Ensure network solutions meet requirements for scalability, resilience, performance, and security.\n * Contribute to reference architectures and standardized network patterns.\n\n\n\n2\\. LAN \u0026 WLAN Engineering\n\n * Design and deploy campus and building LANs, including switching, VLANs, routing, and redundancy models.\n * Engineer enterprise Wi\u2011Fi solutions focusing on RF design, capacity planning, and performance optimization.\n * Troubleshoot complex wired and wireless issues using packet captures, telemetry, and logs.\n * Support NAC, 802.1X, and identity-based access integrations.\n\n\n\n3\\. WAN / SD\u2011WAN Engineering\n\n * Engineer and operate global WAN and SD\u2011WAN deployments, including internet, MPLS, DIA, and cloud connectivity.\n * Optimize routing, traffic steering, QoS, and application performance.\n * Support segmentation, redundancy, failover, and high-availability designs.\n * Work with service providers and vendors on circuit provisioning, troubleshooting, and optimization.\n\n\n\n4\\. Private 5G, OT \u0026 Sensor Network Engineering\n\n * Design, implement, and support Private 5G, OT, and sensor network connectivity for manufacturing, industrial, and R\u0026D environments.\n * Integrate Private 5G with existing wired (LAN), wireless (WLAN), SD\u2011WAN, and WAN infrastructures to provide seamless and secure end-to-end connectivity.\n * Engineer secure, scalable connectivity for industrial devices, PLCs, sensors (IIoT), robots, vision systems, and IoT platforms.\n * Support deterministic, high-availability network designs to meet low latency, high reliability, and real-time traffic requirements.\n * Implement segmentation and security controls to isolate OT systems, sensor networks, and IT workloads while enabling controlled data exchange.\n * Collaborate with OT, manufacturing, and security teams to align network design with safety, production continuity, and compliance requirements.\n * Ensure ongoing monitoring, performance optimization, and lifecycle management of Private 5G cells, gateways, edge devices, and sensor connectivity.\n\n\n\n5\\. Network Security Integration\n\n * Configure and support firewalls, VPNs, ZTNA, and secure connectivity in partnership with security teams.\n * Implement segmentation, access controls, and secure routing architectures.\n * Participate in firewall policy design reviews and traffic flow validation.\n * Ensure networks align with Zero Trust and defense-in-depth principles.\n\n\n\n6\\. Operations, Troubleshooting \u0026 Incident Escalation Support\n\n * Act as a senior technical escalation point for complex network incidents.\n * Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions.\n * Support network changes, upgrades, and maintenance with minimal disruption.\n * Participate in on-call or escalation rotations as required.\n\n\n\n6\\. Automation, Standards \u0026 Continuous Improvement\n\n * Develop and maintain network standards, templates, and configuration baselines.\n * Drive automation using scripting and infrastructure-as-code approaches where applicable.\n * Reduce operational debt through simplification, standardization, and lifecycle management.\n * Track and improve network performance, availability, and operational metrics.\n\n\n\n7\\. Cross-Functional Collaboration\n\n * Work closely with Network Security, Cloud, OT, Application, and Infrastructure teams.\n * Support project planning, technical assessments, and implementation timelines.\n * Participate in design reviews and architecture discussions.\n * Clearly communicate technical issues, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders.\n\n\n\n8\\.
