Senior Network Infrastructure & Ultra-Low Latency Engineering Lead - Singapore

Lead the design and delivery of high-performance global network infrastructure, specialising in ultra-low latency trading environments, advanced connectivity, automation, and scalable engineering solutions across complex, mission-critical systems worldwide.

What You'll Do:

Take a leading role in shaping and delivering next-generation global network infrastructure, with a particular focus on colocation environments and ultra-low latency trading systems. Drive the architecture, engineering, implementation, and lifecycle management of complex network solutions, ensuring exceptional performance, reliability, and scalability.

Your responsibilities will include:

1. Architect, design, engineer, and oversee delivery of complex global network infrastructure.
2. Lead the development and management of colocation and ultra-low latency trading networks.
3. Deliver scalable solutions across core network switching, firewalls, load balancers, and wide area connectivity.
4. Drive network automation, telemetry, instrumentation, and configuration management initiatives.
5. Implement software-driven engineering practices and agile methodologies to streamline network delivery.
6. Manage high-performance networking solutions supporting corporate infrastructure and exchange-specific trading environments.
7. Collaborate with project management teams, engineering colleagues, and wider business stakeholders.
8. Build strong technical relationships with leading network vendors, including Cisco, Arista, and Fortinet.
9. Evaluate emerging technologies and industry developments to continuously enhance network capabilities.
10. Optimise network traffic prioritisation and steering, with exposure to Segment Routing being advantageous.

About You:

1. Extensive experience as a Senior Network Engineer managing complex, high-performance network environments.
2. Expert knowledge of network architecture, engineering, and large-scale infrastructure delivery.
3. Strong understanding of low-latency networking and high-performance computing architectures.
4. Deep technical knowledge of networking technologies and vendor ecosystems, particularly Cisco, Arista, and Fortinet.
5. Proven experience implementing software-driven network solutions, automation, and agile engineering practices.
6. Experience delivering and managing corporate and exchange-specific trading infrastructure.
7. Strong understanding of WAN engineering, traffic prioritisation, and traffic steering.
8. Excellent collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
