Our client is a fast-growing digital infrastructure and connectivity platform expanding across Asia Pacific. They are seeking an experienced Network Strategy professional to lead regional connectivity planning, carrier ecosystem development, and network growth initiatives across multiple markets.

1. Drive regional network and connectivity strategy across data centre environments
2. Lead fibre planning, carrier engagement, and interconnection initiatives
3. Support new site evaluations, expansions, and infrastructure planning
4. Collaborate with internal stakeholders across operations, engineering, cloud, and commercial teams
5. Provide technical and commercial input for customer solutions and strategic opportunities
6. Manage carrier partnerships, onboarding, and related commercial discussions
7. Monitor market trends, connectivity ecosystems, and emerging infrastructure opportunities across APAC

1. 8–12+ years of experience within telecom, network engineering, connectivity, or data centre environments
2. Strong understanding of fibre infrastructure, carrier ecosystems, and network architecture
3. Experience working across regional or multi-site deployments
4. Knowledge of cloud exchanges, internet exchanges, and hyperscaler ecosystems is advantageous
5. Strong stakeholder management, communication, and commercial awareness
6. Relevant technical certifications (CCNP/CCIE or equivalent) preferred
