Senior Officer- Debt Capital Market/Investment Banking

This bank is reputable and has solid leadership. With their expansion plans in place, they are currently seeking for a Senior Officer- Debt Capital Market/Investment Banking to be part of their team.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Assist in the origination and execution of Debt Capital Markets clients (Corporates, Financial institution, State-owned Enterprises)
2. Prepare presentation decks
3. Involve in due diligence, book-building, credit limit application, legal documentation review, pricing analysis, market update and pitchbooks
4. Stay knowledgeable of current affairs, bond markets, primary market issuance
5. Collaborate effectively with other internal and external stakeholders

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Degree in Business/Finance/Economics/Accountancy/Commerce or any other relevant education
2. Minimum 3 years of experience handling Debt Capital Market/Investment banking deals
3. Positive mindset, motivated, strong interpersonal and communication skills
