Job Description

• Maintaining and updating wholesale banking system parameters (19 applications).
• Running automated processes for statement and advice verification.
• Providing production support for systems used by business units and operations teams.
• Handling administrative and operational support activities within the division.

Requirements:

• A Degree in Banking, Finance, Business, or a related field.

• Banking operations experience, especially in wholesale/corporate banking.
• Exposure to system parameter setup and maintenance.
• Knowledge of operational controls, statement generation, or transaction processing.
• Strong computer literacy and ability to work with banking systems.
• Experience with system maintenance, operational processing, and automation activities.
• Familiarity with production support and troubleshooting.
• Willingness to support weekend activities when needed.
