Senior / Operation & Admin Executive

Responsibilities:

• Ensure smooth daily operations of the assigned clinics
• Assist in recruitment of the front line staff
• Provide support in data submission and evaluation, which includes data entry, data collection and extraction.
• To support administrative matters (e.g. scheduling meeting, minute writing, slide preparation and drafting protocol / documentation
• Working in collaboration with doctors and staff to maintain high standards of patient care, customer service and processes
• Coordinate work flow between clinics and Corporate office
• Ensure overall work processes are is compliance with SOP
• Point of contact for doctors on all operations matters
• Guide junior executives
• Other adhoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in any specialisations
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience in healthcare and/or operations.
• Able to multi-task, work under tight timeline and meet deliverables
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Independent and resourceful worker
