Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic plans for operational efficiency and patient care.
• Lead and mentor department managers and staff.
• Manage financial resources and budgeting.
• Oversee quality assurance and regulatory compliance.
• Identify and implement process improvement initiatives.
• Ensure exceptional patient experience and satisfaction.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies for improvement.
• Manage vendor relationships and procurement processes.
• Develop emergency preparedness plans.
