Senior Order Fulfilment Executive - Rapid Progression

Order Management

• Execute and manage order processing transactions accurately, in a timely manner from order entry to delivery including orders from end markets
• Monitor shipment status and to escalate internally and to factory / warehouse to address and resolve order fulfilment issues. Proactively follow up until resolution
• Weekly monitoring of open orders
• Work closely with Senior AR Accountant and Sales Team to ensure payments are received 
• Coordinate with warehouse team for proper inventory & logistics control
• Handle customer order enquiries, issues and engage with relevant stakeholder to resolve issue in a timely manner.
• Ensure all documentation and order processes are in line with corporate guidelines and compliance.

Preparation on new customers

• Prepare distributor agreements 
• Creation and maintaining new customers forms
• Consolidation of lead generation listing for the team

Reporting

• Comparison of actual sales vs forecast volumes. Checking of sales forecast submitted by sales

Others

• Assist in developing process flows and SOPs
• Perform other duties/projects as assigned.
  
   

• Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, or equivalent.
• Previous working experiences with regional customers 
• Order Fulfilment working experiences preferably in a FMCG environment or Tobacco industry.
• Fluency in Microsoft Excel/Word and Email Outlook.
• Familiar with ERP system e.g. Navision and SAP
• Good communication, organizational and interpersonal skills to coordinate with stakeholders.
• Good analytical and numerical skill
• High emotional quotient and able to work under pressure and perform multiple tasks accurately.
• Good follow up skills.
• Excellent organizational, strategic planning skills, highly responsible and reliable with exceptional attention to details.
• Team player and able to work independently
